1. General Terms

By accessing and using SIM XPRESS services, you agree to and are bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

SIM XPRESS provides travel eSIM sales for international internet connectivity, as well as travel-related physical products. Our services include:

  • eSIM plan sales for 190+ countries.
  • Top up / renewal of active eSIMs.
  • Physical product sales (travel routers, accessories, etc.).

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are considered valid after payment is confirmed.
  • We accept payments via Xendit (virtual account, e-wallet, credit card) and manual transfer.
  • For manual transfers, payment must be made within 24 hours of order creation.
  • Unpaid orders after the deadline will be automatically cancelled.

4. eSIM Activation

  • After payment is confirmed, the eSIM installation link will be sent via email.
  • eSIM can only be installed on eSIM-compatible devices.
  • Each eSIM can only be used on one device.
  • Please ensure your device is compatible before purchasing.

5. Physical Product Shipping

  • Physical products are shipped via available courier services (JNE, J&T).
  • Delivery estimates depend on destination and selected courier service.
  • Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and calculated at checkout.
  • Please ensure the shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered by the buyer.

6. Cancellation & Returns

  • eSIM: Activated eSIMs cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  • Inactive eSIM: Cancellation is possible before eSIM activation. Contact our customer support.
  • Physical products: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt if the product is defective or does not match the order.

7. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
  • All activities on your account are your responsibility.
  • Report any unauthorized use of your account immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

SIM XPRESS is not liable for:

  • Local network disruptions in the destination country.
  • Device incompatibility with eSIM technology.
  • Losses arising from service usage beyond our control.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on this page.
